Hi there, just a few words about my work and life.

I am a certified personal and systems development coach. I have trained a lot and will be happy to share more if you would like to know more. I have had the pleasure of working in diverse settings, with individuals and groups. Personally, I find nourishment and inspiration in deep conversations, shared laughter and listening to the wisdom of the natural world.

It is my great privilege to create space for you to explore and uncover the shifting terrain and enormous potential available within various transitions. Change can be scary and daunting, it can be exciting and inspiring and often it is both. It’s not linear. It is dynamic and filled with possibility. I am here to help you navigate the yet unknown with grit and grace. And through the coaching process you will come into right relationship with yourself and others by reconnecting with what is essential.
